February 08, 2013 - Godley TX - The JV Gold team will play at Grandview high school as scheduled at 5:00 pm.  Due to there not being a girls game the varsity boys will follow at 6:30 pm.  The JV Purple game has been cancelled.

January 21, 2013 - Godley   The JV Purple team will be playing at Whitney Middle school on Tuesday January 22nd at 6:15 pm.   

January 15, 2013 - Godley TX- Due to inclement weather JV Gold and JV Purple games vs. Grandview have been cancelled.  The varsity game time has been moved to 6:30.  

January 10, 2013 - Godley TX      JV Purple games vs Rio Vista scheduled for Friday have been cancelled due to Rio Vista not having enough players.  JV Gold will play at 5:00 pm and the Varsity will begin at 8:00.

November 17, 2012 - Godley TX    Due to the large number of players still playing football the games vs. Graham scheduled for NOV 20 have been cancelled.  Check the calendar for updates in games and practice times while our football team continues its playoff run.  

The Junior High Teams will play on Monday NOV 19 in Tolar as scheduled.  The Combo Team tips off at 5:00 pm followed by the 7th Grade A Team and the 8th Grade A team.  Varsity and JV Gold practices will be held on Monday morning 10:00-11:30 am and Saturday NOV 26 10:00-12:00.  Junior High and JV Purple Teams will be off for the Thanksgiving Holiday Tuesday-Sunday.  Happy Thanksgiving.

November 11, 2012 - Godley TX   Due to the football playoffs the game scheduled for Monday, November 19th vs. Ferris has been cancelled.    

Wednesday November 1, 2012 - Godley TX  Junior High Basketball is right around the corner.  Practice for both 7th and 8th grade will begin on monday NOV 12.  The 7th graders will practice at 7 am. the 8th grade practice will be after school until approximately 4:15 pm.  Once the coaching staff gets a chance to evaluate all the players, rosters will be set and detailed practice and game schedules will be handed out.  Anyone interested in being on the basketball team should come out to practice on Monday.  

October 24, 2012 - Godley TX - Athletes can order thier basketball shoes online between now and NOV 1st.  It is not mandatory that athletes purchase shoes from this website.  If a player chooses to wear another brand of shoe other than the examples available, they must be predominately white and black.  If shoes are ordered by NOV 1 they will be delievered to the school by NOV 11.  Follow the link to order.

September 18, 2012 - Godley TX - The schedules for the upcoming 2012-2013 season are now available.  Just go to the "About Us" tab and click on Documents.  Check back frequently as changes and additions are still likely for the next few weeks.  In addition, continue to check for tournament brackets and information as they come in.  

February 21, 2012 - Godley TX   -  The Godley Wildcats pulled off a win in the 1st round of the State Playoffs, defeating Holliday 60-59 in double overtime.  The Wildcats improve to 21-9 on the season and move on to the Area Championship vs. Melissa on Friday FEB 24.

January 13, 2012 - Godley TX    Please note some changes to the JV Gold schedule for the next 2 weeks.  Beginning Tuesday, January 17th the JV Gold games times will switch to the 4:00 time slot.  This will continue for the next 7 games.   For specific dates and times click on the "Events" tab and Schedules. 

January 3, 2012 - Godley TX - The Wildcats return to district play tonight against Paradise, with the Lady Cats at 6:30 and the Wildcats at 8:00 pm.  The JV Gold Team will begin at 5:00 pm.  Come on out and support the team at home, you can catch the Wildcats at home for the next 7 Tuesdays in a row.  This year's district schedule will feature every home game, for the rest of the season, on a Tuesday and all the away games will played on the road, Friday night.  Plan to come out and support the Wildcats.

December 26, 2011 - Godley TX    The Godley HS Holiday Hoops Classic, sponsored by the Godley Athletic Booser Club gets under way this Tuesday and Wednesday at Godley High School.  A traditional 8 team bracket will play out in the competition gym all day on Tuesday.   Come on out and support the Wildcats at 1:30 and 7:00 pm. On Wednesday games begin at 2:00 and the Championship game is at 7:00 pm.  You can view or print a copy of the bracket seen above by going to the Documents section under the "About Us" tab. 

December 13, 2011 - Godley TX    As we approach the end of the semester its important that we all stay on the same page during the break.  Check the Documents section under the "About Us" tab to find our Holiday schedules for each team.  Please stay in close contact with your coaches if you have any conflicts during the break.  Please don't hesistate to call the coaching office if you have any questions or concerns with holiday schedules. 

December 5, 2011 - Godley TX - All (3) three teams will travel to West on Tuesday, DEC 06 as non-district play continues with the JV Gold team playing, first, at 5:00 pm.  The JV Purple Team will play in the 6:30 time slot and your Wildcat Varsity will tip it off at 8:00 pm.    

                                   Tournament season continues on Thursday with the Varsity travelling to Glen Rose.  Brackets for game times are available in the Documents section under the "About Us"  tab.   The JV Gold and Purple Teams travel to Alvarado on Thursday.  Please note major changes to this tournament.  All games on Friday have been rescheduled for Saturday, due to Alvarado football.  The updated brackets are posted in the Documents section.   Do not hesitate to contact one of our coaches if you have any questions or concerns about the busy week ahead.
